📜Refund Policy

At Level Up WI Leila™, we are committed to providing valuable coaching, training, and digital resources. Because our products include digital downloads, GPT-based tools, and scheduled coaching sessions, we maintain the following refund policy:

Digital Products (E-books, Downloads, GPT Tools)
All sales of digital products are final. Once access has been granted or files have been delivered, we cannot provide refunds.

Coaching Calls & Training Sessions

Cancellations made [insert time window, e.g., 24–48 hours] before the scheduled session will not be charged.

Missed or late-canceled sessions are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is allowed if requested within the allowed cancellation window.

Events, Workshops, or Group Programs
If you register and cannot attend, refunds are not available. However, you may request a transfer to a future session if seats are available.

Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing a purchased product or tool, please contact us at [email protected]. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve access problems.

Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or billing error.
